How to Request a Return

- Step 2 — Receive Your RMA Number: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for shipping your return. Please do not ship any products back without first obtaining an RMA number.
- Step 3 — Ship the Product Back: Carefully package the product(s) in their original containers (if possible) and ship them to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product).
- Step 4 — Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned product at our facility. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Non-Eligible Returns
